Hedberg y Sass (1937, p. 95) in describing the El Fausto sequence, referred to the adjancent "Arrimpia-El Rodeo sandstone". The "Arrimpia" is a misspelling, probably due to typographic error. The term "El Rodeo" is a formation name sometimes found in unpublished reports. (See ARRIMPIA Group; also see EL RODEO Formation).
